Find the program that fits your life.
Whatever’s kept you stuck, there’s a path here. Every PEAK program is built around real coaching, individualized progression, and a plan you can actually stick to. Not sure where to start? That’s exactly what your complimentary Sweat Free Success Session is for.
Basecamp
Basecamp is our structured onboarding experience designed to take the guesswork out of starting a fitness program. Instead of throwing you into workouts and hoping you figure it out, we use your first several weeks to understand how you move, what you need, what you enjoy, and what level of coaching will produce the best results for you.
You’ll work directly with our coaching team through a combination of private training, Semi-Private Training, Team Training, assessments, and progress tracking. Along the way, we’ll establish your baseline, teach you how to train effectively, and build a clear plan for what comes next.
Basecamp is ideal for anyone who wants to start the right way — whether you’re completely new to training, returning after time away, working around limitations, or simply tired of programs that never seem to stick.
1:1 Personal Training
1:1 Personal Training gives you the full attention of a PEAK coach for every session. Your training program is built specifically around your body, goals, training history, schedule, injuries, limitations, and preferences. Every exercise, progression, and adjustment has a reason behind it — and your coach manages the details so you can focus on executing.
Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, muscle development, athletic performance, rebuilding after an injury, or simply feeling better in your body, private coaching gives us the greatest ability to customize your training from session to session.
This is more than having someone count reps. We coach technique, manage progression, monitor your response to training, keep you accountable, and continuously adjust the plan as you improve.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Training combines the customization of personal training with the energy and affordability of training alongside other motivated people. You’ll train in a small-group environment, but you are not simply following the same workout as everyone else.
Each member follows an individualized training program based on their goals, ability level, training history, and limitations while a PEAK coach oversees the session, coaches technique, makes adjustments, and drives progression. One person may be working toward their first pull-up while another is deadlifting, rebuilding a knee, or pursuing body-composition goals — all under the supervision of the same coach.
Semi-Private Training gives you structure and expert coaching without requiring the cost or intensity of private training every session.
Team Training
Rather than offering one generic group fitness class, our Team Training system is divided into distinct training experiences so you can choose the type of work your body needs. Strength. Conditioning. Recovery. Performance. Each class has a purpose.
MASS
MASS is PEAK’s hypertrophy-focused strength training class. The goal is simple: build lean muscle, increase strength, and create measurable changes in your physique.
Sessions use structured resistance training, progressive overload, controlled tempo, and intelligently selected exercises to challenge the major muscle groups — without turning strength training into random cardio. You’ll lift challenging weights, develop better movement quality, and learn how to train with intent.
PACE
PACE is PEAK’s conditioning-focused training experience designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, work capacity, endurance, and athleticism. Expect purposeful intervals using bikes, rowers, sleds, SkiErgs, carries, bodyweight movements, and other conditioning tools.
This isn’t cardio for the sake of being exhausted. PACE is programmed to improve your ability to work harder, recover faster, and sustain effort for longer — so you stop feeling winded doing everyday activities.
LATITUDE
LATITUDE is PEAK’s recovery and movement-focused class. Training hard is important — being able to recover from that training is just as important.
It combines mobility, flexibility, stability, breathing, controlled movement, and recovery techniques to restore range of motion, reduce stiffness, improve movement quality, and prepare your body for training and everyday life. It fills the gap most fitness programs ignore.
PEAK Power Hour
PEAK Power Hour is our signature full-body Team Training experience. Each session combines strength, conditioning, functional movement, and athletic training into one fast-paced, coach-led workout. The programming changes, but the standard doesn’t.
You’ll squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, move, and condition through challenging workouts designed to improve overall fitness while keeping training engaging. You show up. We handle the programming.
Nutrition & Habit Coaching
Your workouts are only one piece of the result. PEAK Nutrition & Habit Coaching helps you build the behaviors outside the gym that determine whether your training actually translates into progress.
Rather than relying on extreme diets, rigid meal plans, or short-term challenges, we help you develop a practical nutrition strategy that fits your goals and your real life. Depending on your needs, coaching may include calorie and protein targets, meal structure, food quality, hydration, daily movement, sleep, recovery, and stress management — and, more importantly, we help you consistently execute the plan.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating a system you can sustain long enough to produce meaningful results.
Accountability & Progress Coaching
Most people don’t fail because they don’t know a single good exercise. They fail because there is no system keeping them consistent. PEAK’s accountability process creates that system.
We monitor your training consistency, progress, habits, and key performance indicators so you aren’t left wondering whether your plan is working. When something stalls, we identify why. When life gets busy, we adjust the strategy. When you’re succeeding, we raise the standard.
The objective is to keep you connected to the process long enough to achieve the result you originally came in for.
InBody Body Composition Assessment
Body weight alone rarely tells the entire story. Our InBody assessment provides a deeper look at your body composition by measuring skeletal muscle mass, body-fat mass, body-fat percentage, and overall weight — giving us a more useful baseline for evaluating progress.
Losing five pounds while maintaining muscle means something very different than losing five pounds of both muscle and fat. By periodically reassessing, we can identify trends, evaluate whether your training and nutrition strategy are working, and make more informed adjustments.
The goal isn’t to obsess over numbers. It’s to use objective data to make better decisions.
Success From the Start Session
Our Success From the Start Session is the first step toward becoming a PEAK member — and it’s not a high-pressure gym tour. It’s a conversation designed to understand where you are, where you want to go, what has prevented you from getting there, and what type of support will give you the best chance of succeeding.
We’ll discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, schedule, injuries or limitations, previous experiences with fitness, and what you’re looking for from a coaching relationship. From there, we can determine whether PEAK is the right fit and recommend the most appropriate starting point.
PEAK Run Club
PEAK Run Club gives runners of different experience levels a structured, supportive environment to build consistency, cardiovascular fitness, and confidence. Runs are organized so members can work at an appropriate pace while still benefiting from the motivation and community of the group.
Whether you’re preparing for a race, trying to become a stronger runner, adding cardiovascular work to your strength program, or simply want a reason to get outside and move, Run Club gives you a team to do it with. The focus isn’t on being the fastest person there — it’s showing up, improving, and becoming more capable over time.
PEAK Run Club is open to everyone — you don’t need to be a member to join. We run together and stay connected through our Strava group, Peak Run Club.
