HOW PEAK COACHING WORKS.
Free Session
A 1-on-1 Sweat Success session with a PEAK coach. InBody scan, 6-pillar plan, and a conversation about what you actually need. You leave with the plan regardless.
Base Camp
30 days. Every new member starts here. You experience private training, semi-private sessions, and full assessments before choosing a long-term membership.
Your Program
Built around you. Your schedule, your goals, your limitations. Every week has a purpose. Every session builds on the last. No guessing.
Accountability
Regular check-ins, scan reviews, and nutrition guidance between sessions. We are responsible for your results — not just your workouts.
