    Deme started her fitness journey as a sophomore in college playing for a D3 college Basketball team. She went from being overweight and unhappy with her lifestyle to competing in a bodybuilding competition in a short span of time! This incredible transformation led to her story being shared on multiple media outlets such as HOT995, Washingtonian, and PopSugar. Deme has been coaching in-person and online for over 7 years now and she loves nothing more than helping people find their fitness. Her passion is to help people change their habits and mindset so that they can create results and keep them. The #Balanced way!

HERE'S THE DEAL

We know fitness can vibe tough to fit into a busy life. Between career, family and social lives, its tough to make time for self care.

Before they start, many of our client’s are struggling through some half hearted workouts in the gym, confusion of what to do with their training and nutrition.
