Before working with PeakPT, I was unhappy with myself and advice that was given in the past about fitness. I wanted something to change because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror or in photos. Most of all I was tired of people selling me a false idea of how to become healthy and fit. I tried the Beachbody and the Herbalife. They helped for a bit, but I’d gain the weight back and ended up hating the taste and cost. And mostly I felt like a failure because those programs didn’t work long term for me. Before I would give up the cookies and see no change. Honestly I was afraid at first that this program wouldn’t work for me either.
I’m happy to report that it 100% did work for me. They’ve brought awareness to my life, which translates to balance. I could have a cookie and still improve how I felt and looked. I like what I see in the mirror now and I know I can get more improvement in myself. I’m able to workout at home so I don’t have to go to the gym and that’s awesome for me anyway. There is not a better, more encouraging team that I’d want to be my trainer. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You’ll be amazed what you can accomplish with them.

Before starting out my journey with PeakPT, I kind of ate like shit. I barely cared about what I ate. I was eating junk food. I was eating fast food all the time just because as a college student like that was like easily accessible to me and like I didn't have time to meal prep or even care and I've always wanted to start my journey, but I would like start for a few days and then just like drop off as like I felt like oh, I want to have my cravings.
I want to dodge and like I would hate myself for like eating a Big Mac or something just because like I've technically dropped my fitness journey at that sense. So I've been calling Demi and Kevin for such a long time now and I love how personal they get with their clients where they little Windsor clients have is also their wig wins. They are still involved. And so when I did the winter challenge, I got paired up with Coach Sheamus and I was honestly such a great experience Sheamus was involved with me he gave
Gave me workouts that I like doing and if I didn't like like he took that into consideration you stuff that I had at home and made it so easily accessible to me if I didn't have a gym or if I didn't have weights since then I've lost like 10 pounds. I'm so much more positive and wake now, I don't feel as sluggish and tired as I did before if you're debating on whether this is for you or not. I would definitely suggest doing it. You're never going to not have time you're always going to have to make time and if you're motivated and you're in the right headspace go and do it because it's never just going to be like, oh, I'll do it this time. My life before this challenge was work, eat, sleep, repeat. I didn’t really care about what I was eating or workout.. But now I’m really looking into what I was and keeping it BALANCED. Also, I’m not trying to keep active in a any way and have broken this laziness that I had. Kevin is a Montgomery College and USG Alumni. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and he has played College and Semi-Professional Soccer. His passion for fitness came through an injury early on in his soccer career. After breaking his foot in high school he began physical therapy to get him back on the field. He loved the aspect of rehab and functional training and through proper exercise and lifestyle choices, he was able to get back on the field even better than before. Kevin loves helping people find balance in their lives through exercise programs and regimens that fit their lifestyle. CAN I JOIN THE CHALLENGE IF I'M REALLY BUSY?
Yes! The Challenge is designed with busy professionals in mind, so we get into the good stuff as efficiently as possible. You'll spend 30-60 minutes working out 3-6 days per week, depending on the program you select + about 15 minutes per week on a check in call with your coach.
We determine the call times based on your schedule so you don't miss out on any of the good stuff!
WILL I BE WORKING IN PERSON WITH A COACH?
Thea Peak PT Challenge is a 100% online program. You will not have In Person access to your coach in the challenge. However! If you’d like a fitness assessment you can reach out to us on Instagram Please come hang out on IG as we regularly hosts live trainings + Q&As
