With a keen eye for form and a focus on individualized programs, Deme’s training style is both supportive and inspiring, making every client feel like a superstar. Ricky’s passion for fitness is matched by his knowledge and commitment to positive, tailored coaching. A specialist in slow-motion strength training and weightlifting, he brings a unique approach to personal training that suits clients from all backgrounds. With certifications in Slow Motion Strength Training and CPR & Emergency Medical Response, as well as ongoing ISSA cert, Ricky is a constant learner, eager to bring the latest techniques to his clients. He’s been on a fitness journey himself, from playing professional soccer to helping clients improve strength and mobility. Ricky’s sessions are built around positivity and perseverance, encouraging clients to embrace the journey and celebrate their wins.
